Case Consulting/Evaluation
With vast experience, particularly in the financial services sector and the health care industry, the Meeks can offer a second opinion as to the value of your dispute and offer suggestions about next steps to reach a successful resolution. These consulting services are offered to lawyers who seek advice about a difficult case and companies who seek a first (or additional) evaluation of their potential exposure.

Arbitration
Both Meeks are experienced arbitrators. Jo Meeks has served as a FINRA (and formerly an NASD) arbitrator with respect to customer disputes and employment disputes and has arbitrated cases for the American Arbitration Association. Hal Meeks completed training to be a FINRA arbitrator several years ago and has also served as an arbitrator on a number of occasions for the National Futures Association, deciding disputes involving options and commodity trading. We bring our over 40 years experience as litigators to the process and well understand the responsibility of applying the law and recognized equitable remedies to the facts presented. We are available to decide disputes entrusted to us, either alone or as a member of an assembled panel.
